I had the opportunity to visit the first loft for sale at 133 Keefer Street (The Keefer) today. This was a beautiful 2400 SqFt ultra contemporary 2nd floor Loft in the heart of Chinatown.

The lack of East to West windows was a slight concern as there was not a huge amount of light pouring into the unit. But they have done a beautiful job on everything in the suite and the attention to detail is immaculate!

The one negative that I have to touch on is the fact that there was only 1 parking spot attached to the unit. This is the biggest objection from the majority of fellow agents that saw the unit that day. To be purchasing a 2400 SqFt home especially in a "transition" area is not at all acceptable with only one parking spot. Yes there is rentable parking across the street but for the price you are paying at 133 Keefer Street there should be a minimum of 2 parking spots per unit. That is my only objection to this otherwise perfect heritage Loft in the heart of Chinatown Vancouver!
