The Salient Group & Rober Fung did an amazing rehabilitation of this 1906 heritage classic. Converted in 2006, this originally 6 story development had an extra level composed of Steel & Concrete added to the top comprising a brand new Penthouse Level. This addition has been done as well at 546 Beatty Street (The Crane Building) to further densify the address.
