As a Realtor one of the many signs to confirm a building is solid, in good shape and a good investment I look for is the turnover of units (number of sales in the building). By seeing a large number of sales in the building I know that potential buyers have done and are doing their du-diligence, recommended on behalf of their Realtors to check for quality. 

In the case of The Taylor / 550 Taylor Street in Crosstown Vancouver I know this is definitely the current situation. With 21 sales this year assumably all having inspections, all by different inspectors & successfully removing subjects. This is a huge green light that this is a reliable & quality building worth investing in.

I sold a unit in this building in August (#2206). My client was VERY satisfied with the building/her unit. The inspection came back with flying colours on both the building & unit. This is a great building with no issues that I completely recommend to any one wanting to purchase in the Crosstown area. But you have to be quick, listings in the building do not last!!
