Crosstown Vancouver Condo (1 Bedroom) 12 month market increase by Jay McInnes

I have just done a quick check of the 1 Bedroom (entry level) inventory for the Crosstown Vancouver Condo Market. I have done a comparison of the 12 month market growth from February 2009 to February 2010. The details I found do not surprise me in the slightest and is information I have been talking about for the past 12 - 18 months. As you will see below there has been a 13% growth in average sale price for Crosstown Vancouver within the past 12 months.

Feb 1 - 28, 2009 
Sales: 10
Average $ - $319,515 

Feb 1 - 28 2010 
Sales: 11
Average $ - $366,768

12 Month Growth: 13%
