Crosstown Vancouver Has it all!!

Crosstown Vancouver is the newest "Go To" for food, shopping & personal services!

This is the new "spotlight on Crosstown" info sheet that I have been distributing to the local banks for my Financial Planner & Account Managers to keep their clients in the loop of Downtown Vancouvers newest "Go To" community!

Vancouver Condo Market Update.jpg

July saw balanced numbers in the Listings category, with a slight
hesitation in the Sales category. The Downtown market is still quite busy
with regards to unique property. More typical products are sustaining
momentum but not yet gaining. With so many influences over Vancouver
Real Estate, having the good weather as of late has shown slower
numbers through open houses & has created a noticeable
“slowing pace” in this summer market. Interest rates are still very
attractive & competitive, this has kept people interested in pre-approving
their financing and locking in while things are still low.

Crosstown Vancouver borders Historic Gastown to its North, Trendy Yaletown to its West, Historic Chinatown to its East & the beautiful False Creek sea wall to its south.
Crosstown Vancouver is the last pocket of Downtown Vancouver to be developed. This pocket of the Downtown core offers a huge opportunity for residential property growth. Mom & pop businesses, land developers and big named companies are adding to the growing list
of amenities this new neighborhood has recently established. As these amenities build the community / neighborhood around your property, you are building market value on top of the typical Real Estate market cycles & trends. It is very unique to have a 3rd party circumstance
adding value to your property even if the Real Estate market may be down around you.
There are currently 2904 condos, Lofts & Townhomes in Crosstown Vancouver with many more proposed. Call me to get involved in Crosstown Vancouver TODAY!
