Crosstown Vancouver Real Estate Market Update - 2016 in review

Crosstown Vancouver had a very active year in the sale of Real Estate in 2016. There were a total of 266 sales throughout the condo & loft buildings of Crosstown Vancouver this past year in total (as of December 28 2016).

Noted below please find all of the applicable sales per building + each unit type & price ranges the sales were.

Crosstown Vancouver remains one of the quickest growing neighborhoods in Vancouver B.C. This is the last pocket of Downtown Vancouver to develop & has been so quickly growing in popularity due to its ultra convenient location in this quickly gentrafying corner of Downtown. With "Stadium" skytrain station, Tinseltown mall & Rogers Arena to mention oa few of the local Corsstown Vancouver amenities, there is no reason this shouldnt be vancouvers most desired up & coming neighborhood.
