October is typically a month that offers the transition from a Sellers Market to a Buyers Market. This is 
typically the case as we move forward into Fall. 
A lot of Sellers around this time take their property off the market as there are less Buyers around. However 
on the contrary, I have found this past October pretty strong with Buyer activity in Downtown Vancouver.
As you can see as well from the chart above, there is a slight decline in Active Listing numbers but a slight 
incline in Condo Sales. This late activity may be due to a slower than usual summer. Rates are still not 
pressuring people to make decisions. So though they are out and about looking and eventually Buying, they 
are doing so with a lack of 3rd party pressures. I project general activity in November to really start tapering 
off as the year comes to a close. But there are still motivated Buyers & Sellers out there looking for that next 
deal!
