I was invited for the second year in a row to represent Vancouver in the "Best Area to Buy your First Home" article for Buying your First Home magazine by Canadian Real Estate Magazine. In this article I discussed the Buying opportunities and flexabilities in Crosstown Vancouver, Gastown Vancouver, Chinatown & Mount Pleasant. To write this article the magazine contacted agents throughout every major city in Canada. The selected agents must specialize in the best "opportunity" areas in their city to provide this focused information.
