March 2011 brought a jump in listing numbers to the Downtown Vancouver Condo
market. The Buyers have sustained with this incline of Listings as there are still a
number of well priced properties on the market.
The increase in Listings is a typical trend for this time of year as we are quickly
approaching the summer months. Listings will sustain through these months as
usual and I don’t forecast much more than a possible 2.5% increase for the
difference of 2011.
Currently all avenues of the market are selling, from entry level products to the
high end market. This is expected to continue for the next couple of months.
