219 E Georgia St (Crosstown Vancouver) Condo update with Jay McInnes
I had breakfast at Cafe Brixton this morning and it is situated directly across the street from the new development lot that is proposed at 219 E Hastings Street. Coincidently the development application sign was being installed at the same time. These pics will give you some further clarity on the site and what exactly is proposed and hopefully passed in the near future!


As the application sign reads: This building site at 219 E Georgia (previously 217 E Georgia Street) has a development proposal put forward by Birmingham & Wood Architects and Planners for a 9 story mixed use building. This will include one commercial building on the ground floor and 28 residential buildings on floors 2 through to the 9th. The "off-site" parking will include 3 parking spaces for residential use and 1 parking space for a Co-Op car. This vehicular access will be from the side lane, parallel with Main Street.
