This is the last pocket of Downtown Vancouver to develop & has been so quickly growing in popularity due to its ultra convenient location in this quickly gentrafying corner of Downtown. With "Stadium" skytrain station, Tinseltown mall & Rogers Arena to mention oa few of the local Corsstown Vancouver amenities, there is no reason this shouldnt be vancouvers most desired up & coming neighborhood.
